I used Dolly last week for a move, i was kind of expecting the total to change by the end like it sometimes does with these things. But the final charge was exactly what they showed me before I booked. No random extra fees, no surprises popping up afterward, so I was happy with how straightforward it all was

"Truck size felt a little off"
It worked fine overall, but the vehicle choices felt limited to me. I was trying to find a truck size that fit just right, and it kind of seemed like maybe they don’t have as many options available in my area or something.

"Seemed helpful until it wasn’t"
I was trying to use dolly to get a couch picked up, at first I was like, okay, this might actually be simple. The site looked easy enough and I started going through the steps thinking I’d have it booked in a few minutes.
Then out of nowhere it turns into, nope, they don’t really service my area. Seriously? I’m not even that far from a bigger city, so that was frustrating. Maybe it’s great if you live somewhere more central, but for me it just ended up being a waste of time

"Move was alright, but a few things got banged up"
The move went okay overall, but I don’t know why a couple of my boxes ended up scuffed and one of my lamp shades was bent. It wasn’t anything major, and nothing was completely ruined, but I do wish they had been a little more careful with my stuff.

Booking through Dolly was straightforward, and the payment part was easy too. I liked that I didn’t have to worry about having cash on me or figuring out payment in person, because that can get a little awkward sometimes. After the job was finished, the option to tip popped up, which was simple enough once I saw it. The only thing is that I kind of wish the tipping part had been explained a little more clearly before checkout, since I wasn’t totally sure when or how that would happen. It wasn’t a big issue or anything, just a small moment of confusion. Overall, the experience was good and smooth.

"Too pricey for what you get"
I was hoping for some straightforward help and figured it would be worth trying. The service was okay, but it felt basic for the price. This is where it got annoying: I kept thinking I was paying for something more thorough, but in the end it didn’t feel much different from advice I could’ve found on my own. Not terrible, just hard to justify the cost...

"Good move, just bad timing on my end"
I used dolly.com to move a couch, and the helpers were great. They showed up on time, were polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled the couch carefully and didn’t drag things out. The only annoying part was the timing, but that was more just bad luck with my schedule than anything they did. Overall, it was a easy experience

"Easy to Book, Just Had to Double Check a Few Things"
My snap judgment after using Dolly for a small move: convenient. Booking was simple, I picked a time, added what I needed moved, and had it set up quickly. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because I ended up double checking a few details myself to make sure everything was right. Still, overall it was a solid experience

"Support actually helped fast"
I had a small issue with my booking and wasn’t really sure how long support would take to get back to me. They replied quicker than I expected and got it sorted without turning it into a whole ordeal. Moving day was already stressful enough, so that definitely helped. I’d use Dolly again

"They Damaged My Dresser"
I’m mad about this. They didn’t bother wrapping my stuff properly, and because of that, my dresser ended up scratched. It feels careless, and I don’t see how that’s anyone’s fault but theirs.

They showed up late, struggled with the bed frame, and somehow left with screws missing. The whole thing was frustrating and completely unnecessary. I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

I booked Dolly to move a couch across town, and the best part was knowing the price before I confirmed. There weren’t any random surprise fees tacked on at the end, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Moving even one piece of furniture can turn into a hassle, so having something straightforward and predictable really matters. I’d definitely use them again...

"Worked out, but I wish scheduling was easier"
I used Dolly for a small furniture move my first thought was, “Okay, this seems simple enough.” I liked that there were a few time slots to choose from, but I immediately wished there were more options because I had to shuffle my day around a bit to make it work. The helper did show up within the window, which was a relief. Overall, it got the job done and everything was fine, but I’d definitely be happier if the scheduling was a little more flexible.

Booked through dolly.com to get a couch moved up 3 flights of stairs. The guys were great... they checked the tight doorway first, figured it out, and got it in without smacking up the walls. Super easy experience, I'd definitely use them again.

I mean, he was nice enough, but he really seemed to struggle with lifting my couch. It kind of slowed the whole move down more than I expected. I felt bad, but it was a bit frustrating.

"Canceling turned into more of a headache than I expected"
I canceled my booking on the date I was supposed to, or at least that’s how I remember it, but somehow it didn’t seem to go through properly. I don’t recall every little detail now, just that I kept having to follow up and it felt like nothing was getting sorted. Support was slow to respond, and by the time it was finally fixed, I was just over it.

I booked what should’ve been a simple move, but somehow it dragged on way longer than expected. There was a lot of waiting around, replies were slow, and it just felt like they didn’t really have things organized. I get that moves can be hectic, but this felt like it was on them.
